European giants AC Milan and Bayern Munich are reportedly both keen on one rising Chelsea with ‘several clubs’ making contact for him.
Whether Chelsea would even entertain any offers or not is another thing, but you’d suspect that with the way they operate, they might at least hear if the offer is appealing or not.
And to be honest, it would have to take a massive offer for them to think about selling Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos, who is one of the biggest young rising stars in football right now. Although at least that is what I hope they would do. I’d hope that they would even politely hang up the phone to any club calling about Santos, but apparently there are many doing that.
Before we get on to the details, Chelsea have agreed a deal to loan Renato Veiga to Juventus this window in news that was reported this morning.
And The Blues also continue to be linked with wanting to sign Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United and have been given a boost in that pursuit apparently.
Andrey Santos dart throwing celebration.
Spanish reporter Eduardo Burgos has said via X this week:
‘Several clubs have contacted Chelsea for Andrey Santos.
‘Bayern Munich are keeping a close eye on him ahead of the summer. He is very much in demand. Milan are also keeping an eye on him, along with other Premier League clubs.
‘It is almost out of the question that he will return to London in January. He will remain in France.’
Santos is on loan with Strasbourg right now and there was suggestions he could be recalled by Chelsea this month as they face injuries in that area. But it doesn’t look likely now.
