Fiorentina and Inter will meet at the Stadio Franchi this evening to continue a Serie A match that was interrupted on December 1 after Edoardo Bove collapsed on the pitch.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 GMT) at the Stadio Franchi in Florence.
The match will resume from minute 17 with a throw-in for Fiorentina, restarting from the exact moment it was suspended over two months ago.
Both Inter and Fiorentina are not allowed to field new signings who were not part of the teams when the game was initially played in December. Therefore, Inter won’t rely on Nicola Zalewski, while the Tuscans will do without Michael Folorunsho, Pablo Marì, Ched Ndour, Nicolò Fagioli and Nicolò Zaniolo.
Denzel Dumfries and Pietro Comuzzo received a one-match ban after the latest Serie A round, but they will be available for this fixture, serving the suspension in the next league game between Viola and Nerazzurri at San Siro on Monday.
Danilo Cataldi and Andrea Colpani are not fully fit for the Tuscans, while Yacine Adli is injured. The same is true of Inter’s Raffaele Di Gennaro and Joaquin Correa, who are not eligible for this fixture.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Francesco Acerbi will start the game for the Nerazzurri, making his first Serie A appearance in over two months.
