Tudor and Juve recorded an important 2-1 victory over Lecce on Saturday, which secured their status in the Serie A top four, and also maintained the coach’s unbeaten record with the Old Lady, He now has two wins and a draw from his first three matches in charge.

However, speaking at his post-match press conference, Tudor insisted that he wasn’t pleased with what he saw from his second-half substitutes, telling the media: “We have to grow quickly. Excuses are for everyone.”

The Juventus coach also said that he thinks the team should have killed the game off long before full-time, and added that the game should be considered a “lesson learned.”
