Watch: Controversial Pavlovic and Maignan decisions punish Milan against Lazio

AC Milan were once again left asking questions of the officiating during the defeat against Lazio at San Siro last night, especially with the second-half incidents.
The first big incident came midway through the second half as Milan went down to 10 men. Fofana lost the ball and Isaksen led a counter but was taken out by Strahinja Pavlovic as he attempted to dart through on goal, with the referee Manganiello showing a straight red card.
However, on replay it looked as though Matteo Gabbia was covering so it was not a last-man challenge, nor did the Serbian defender go in with his studs. It feels like a yellow card would have been more fitting.
Then, with virtually the final kick of the game, Lazio won it and it came in very controversial circumstances. Isaksen was at the centre of it against as he went down claiming to have been taken out by Maignan.
Despite the fact that he took a touch almost at a right angle and the ball was going for a goal kick, and the fact Isaksen kept running in a straight line, the referee was called over to the VAR monitor and gave the spot kick after just one replay.
