West Ham United are having new talks with Bundesliga side RB Leipzig today regarding Andre Silva to ‘finalise the deal’.
A centre forward is high on West Ham boss Graham Potter’s transfer wish list in the ongoing window, with Niclas Fullkrug looking at an extended period out of action.
Leipzig’s Silva is someone the Hammers deem fitsw their profile and they have approached the German outfit for his signature.
Leipzig, who signed the Portuguese striker in the summer from Real Sociedad, have a contract with him until 2026.
According to German broadcaster Sky Deutschland, today West Ham are holding new talks with the Bundesliga outfit with the intention to finalise a deal for Silva.
The centre forward is in advanced talks with the Hammers regarding a move to the Premier League.
Silva has been a bit part player for Leipzig this season and has featured only 124 minutes for them in the league.
Ajax’s Brian Brobbey is also someone on West Ham’s radar and they remain in contact with the player, but they have no agreement yet with the Dutch outfit regarding a deal.
