Everything you need to know about the November fixtures for City’s Elite Development Squad and Under-18s.

On either side of the October international break, Ben Wilkinson and Oliver Reiss have seen their respective sides win every game, extending the Academy’s run of form in the Premier League 2, UEFA Youth League, Under-18 Premier League North and Under-18 Premier League Cup.

And with another international break on the horizon for November, it looks set to be another busy four weeks ahead for both teams.

Below is all the information of November’s fixtures for both teams including kick-off times, dates* and what content will be available on mancity.com and the Official Man City App.

EDS FIXTURES

City v Norwich | Friday 1 November, 19:00 (UK) | Premier League 2

Wilkinson’s EDS side are now fighting to stay at the PL2 summit. After sixth successive wins, we are two points ahead of second-place Brighton.

And City’s latest league test will see us welcome Norwich to the Joie Stadium for a 19:00 (UK) kick-off on Friday 1 November.

Sporting CP v City Under-19s | Tuesday 5 November, 13:00 (UK) | UEFA Youth League

Our fourth UEFA Youth League match of six sees us travel to Portugal to take on Sporting CP. With the amount of points needed to finish in the top 22 unknown, a win is vital for our Under-19s.

And the exciting clash, scheduled for 13:00 (UK), is available to watch live on CITY+.

Lincoln v City | Tuesday 12 November, 19:00 (UK) | EFL Trophy

Our final game in Group G of the EFL Trophy will see us travel to League One outfit Lincoln City.

After picking up one point in our draw to Chesterfield and two points in our draw and penalty shoot-out win at Grimsby, a win over Lincoln would see us progress to the knockout stage of the competition.

City Under-19s v Feyenoord | Tuesday 26 November, 15:00 (UK) | UEFA Youth League

After the final international break of 2024, City’s youngsters will return with our focus on our penultimate League Phase game.

City’s home clash with Feyenoord will be available to watch live on CITY+ with regular updates also on X: @ManCityAcademy.

Shortly after the game has concluded, a full match report and post-match reaction from the boss and players will be available on mancity.com and the Official Man City App.

Sunderland v City | Saturday 30 November, 12:00 (UK) | Premier League 2

To complete the month, Wilkinson’s squad will travel to Sunderland as we near the halfway point of the PL2 season.

UNDER-18S FIXTURES

City v Liverpool | Saturday 2 November, 11:30 (UK) | Under-18 Premier League North

November begins with a tough test for Reiss and his team. We welcome Liverpool to the City Football Academy for an 11:30 (UK) kick-off.

And the clash will be available to watch live on CITY+ as we continue to push towards the league summit. Last season, we beat our opponents 3-0 on home soil and the youngsters will be looking for a similar outcome this season.

Derby v City | Saturday 9 November, 12:00 (UK) | Under-18 Premier League North

For the first encounter with Derby this month, we take them on in a league clash which will be available to watch live on CITY+.

With Derby sat above City in the league, a win over the Rams will be vital if we are to climb the Under-18 Premier League North table.

Derby v City | Saturday 23 November, 12:00 (UK) | Under-18 Premier League Cup

On our second trip to Moor Farm, the return of the Under-18s from the international break will see up partake in City’s final group game of the Under-18 Premier League Cup.

We currently sit top of Group A but joint on points with Norwich (4) with Derby in third (3). A win or draw is needed to qualify for the knockout stage of the cup. And fans can watch all the action live on CITY+.

City v Newcastle | Saturday 30 November, 12:30 (UK) | Under-18 Premier League North

Our final game in November for the Academy will see us welcome Newcastle to the CFA for a 12:30 (UK) kick-off.

Our clashes with Newcastle always provide entertainment, with our last home encounter ending 4-2.
