Liverpool matched a 90-year record during their 3-1 Premier League victory over Southampton on Saturday afternoon, while Mohamed Salah also made history with two goals in the triumph.
The Reds came from behind to beat the Saints at Anfield and move 16 points clear of Premier League title competitors Arsenal ahead of their trip to Manchester United on Sunday.
Will Smallbone had given Southampton an unlikely lead on the cusp of half-time, taking full advantage of a defensive mix-up between Alisson and Virgil van Dijk, but Liverpool emphatically bounced back after the break.
Darwin Nunez, who arguably could have been sent off during the first half, equalised and won a penalty within ten minutes of the restart, with Salah adding some gloss to the scoreline by converting a second spot kick late in the encounter.

Liverpool's three-goal performance saw them match an English football record that has stood for 90 years, with the Reds having now scored two or more goals in 19 consecutive matches at Anfield in all competitions. Sunderland were the last team to mange such a feat on home soil back in 1935.
As he has so often been this season, Salah proved pivotal in Liverpool's victory. Two well-taken penalties makes him the club's third-highest goalscorer of all-time with 243 strikes to his name - only Roger Hunt (285) and Ian Rush (346) have netted more.
The Egyptian also became the foreign player with the joint-most goals in Premier League history after scoring his 184th in the competition - matching Sergio Aguero - while also equalling the record of most goal contributions (44) in a 38-game season.
Salah's efforts have moved him seven goals clear of Manchester City striker Erling Haaland in the Premier League Golden Boot race, taking his tally to 27 for the campaign with nine games to spare.
