Liverpool are flying high in the Premier League under manager Arne Slot.
But the Reds are facing the prospect of losing three of their best players, with Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold all out of contracts in the summer.
Of the three, Alexander-Arnold is the most likely to leave the Premier League giants.
According to El Chiringuito, the 26-year-old has now agreed a deal to play for Real Madrid from next season.
There is also said to be a possibility that the right-back could join the La Liga side in the January transfer window.
Los Blancos recently made an offer for Alexander-Arnold, which was turned down by the Merseyside outfit.
However, they now face the prospect of losing the England international for free next summer.
Liverpool currently value their star player at €70 million, but Carlo Ancelotti’s side are not willing to pay that fee.
Given the Reds are not in a strong negotiating position, they could lower their demands and a deal could be done for around €35m to €40m before the January window ends.
Van Dijk is expected to sign an extension with Liverpool, but there hasn’t been an official announcement yet.
Meanwhile, Salah reportedly wants to stay at Anfield, but a move to Saudi Arabia also appears to be a strong possibility.
