The Reds trail Spurs by one goal following last month’s defeat in north London, although Arne Slot’s side will surely be confident about their chances of reaching Wembley.

Still, Slot will be without one of his key players for the game.

Trent Alexander-Arnold will miss the visit of Spurs, having asked to come off when taking a knock during Liverpool’s 2-0 win over Bournemouth on Saturday.

Conor Bradley is almost certain to replace the England international and there are no other injury concerns for the Reds at this stage.

Curtis Jones, Joe Gomez, Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota have all recently made returns from injuries, offering Slot a major boost.

Liverpool predicted: Alisson; Bradley, Konate, Van Dijk, Tsimikas; Mac Allister, Gravenberch; Salah, Szoboszlai, Gakpo, Diaz

Injured: Alexander-Arnold

Time and date: 8pm GMT tonight on Thursday 6 February, 2025

Venue: Anfield
