Milan hold talks with entourage of Roberto de Zerbi | OneFootball

Incoming Milan sporting director Fabio Paratici has held a meeting with the entourage of Marseille boss Roberto de Zerbi.

Calciomercato have reported today, via TeleLombardia, that Paratici met agent Edoardo Crnjar earlier today. He is the founder of Excellence Sports, who represent Roberto de Zerbi and a host of other players and managers in the game.

The Italian is a candidate to become the next Milan manager and by that time, Paratici will have joined the Rossoneri. While De Zerbi is an outsider, he is one of the names on the shortlist.

Crnjar also represents Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo, who can become an option for Milan in the summer. There is a possibility that Paratici also spoke to Crnjar about the Brazilian and the indication is that the ex-Tottenham director has been a fan of the centre-back for a while.

Juventus did attempt to sign Araujo in January but a move didn’t materialise.
