The Norway vs Romania UEFA Nations League match will be broadcast live online and on TV as the Lions host the Tricolorii at Ullevaal Stadion this Sunday, October 11, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific.
Norway was eliminated from the UEFA EURO qualifiers earlier in the week as the nordic side lost 2-1 to Serbia. The loss was a crushing defeat as it came in extra time as Norway will now need to shift focus back onto the Nations League.
The defeat was even more disappointing considering all the talent Norway has with players like Martin Odegaard of Real Madrid and Erling Haaland of Borussia Dortmund. The pair failed to score against Serbia, but will surely be active in this match as Haaland himself already has three goals scored in this Nations League.
Romania also lost in the UEFA EURO qualifiers as Tricolorii fell 2-1 to Iceland and will now miss out on the next edition of the EURO. Veteran midfielder Alexandru Maxim scored in the match against Iceland as he has looked sharp in the recent games for Romania.
Some of the younger attackers on Romania’s squad like George Puscas and Ianis Hagi are also intriguing players that can cause problems for Norway’s backline.
