Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya and Nottingham Forest’s Matz Sels are the joint-winners of the Premier League’s Golden Glove for 2025/25.
The two goalkeepers headed into the final weekend level on 13 clean sheets this season, with neither able to add to their haul. Sels saw his goal breached in Forest’s 1-0 defeat to Chelsea at the City Ground, while Raya conceded in Arsenal’s 2-1 win at Southampton.
Raya’s recognition is his second successive Golden Glove award. He’s also the third Spaniard to win the prize on multiple occasions, after Pepe Reina (3) and David de Gea (2).
He helped Arsenal to the best defensive record in the Premier League this season. Mikel Arteta’s side led the league for the fewest goals conceded (34).
Sels becomes the first non-Big Six goalkeeper to win the Golden Glove and the second Belgian, after former Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
