Former Ipswich Town defender Tyrone Mings was not only a top player for the Tractor Boys, but also made the club almost £8 million in profit.
Looking at the success Mings has had in his career so far, it would be hard to imagine where his footballing roots began.
The England international made his first big move in 2013, when he left his local side Chippenham Town to join Ipswich in £10k move.
People talk about bargains throughout football, with Jamie Vardy signing for Leicester City from Fleetwood Town comes to mind, but it's hard to look past the deal for Mings, given everything that happened after his £10k signing.
56 appearances for Ipswich later, Mings was moved on from the club in an £8 million deal, where he joined Bournemouth in the Premier League to work with Eddie Howe.
Whilst his career is not known for his time with the Tractor Boys, Mings was a solid player for the club as they looked to get promoted from the Championship.
Whilst he's now known as a tough-tackling centre-half, Mings started his career as a left-back, and that's where he was utilised at Ipswich.
He played 42 times in the League for the Tractor Boys as they reached the Championship play-offs, before being defeated 4-2 over two legs by Norwich City, in which Mings played the full 180 minutes.
His impressive performances earnt him a move to Premier League new-boys Bournemouth, whilst couping up a hefty £8 million fee for his former club.
The 30-year-old's first season with the Cherries didn't quite go to plan and he missed the majority of the season after a cruciate ligament tear, early on in the 15/16 season, ruled him out for a lengthy period of time.
He looked to regain full fitness, but never really got a run of games in the team before a back injury kept him out of most the 17/18 season.
Whilst he was struggling with injuries, there were no doubts that there was a talented player there, and he made the switch to Villa Park in Janauary of 2019, in a £26.5 million deal
Since he joined the Villains, Mings has been a key component of the Aston Villa side for years, amassing 166 appearances at the club.
He was a key player as the Villains were promoted through the play-offs in 2019, and was influential in keeping his side in the Premier League the following years.
His form around that time has earnt him a number of England caps, 18 to be precise, and he even made important appearances against Croatia and Scotland during Euro 2020.
Unfortunately for Mings, he picked up another cruciate ligament tear early on this season, so has been unavailable for Unai Emery as his Villa side have shocked the Premier League with their impressive performances so far this season.
