Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has provided an update on the wellbeing of star attacker Kylian Mbappé.

This comes after the Frenchman was forced to sit out Real Madrid’s most recent outing.

Los Blancos of course marked their return to action on Wednesday night, emerging triumphant from a Copa del Rey semi-final first-leg meeting with Real Sociedad.

Mbappé, however, played no part, amid prolonged discomfort following a tooth extraction at the beginning of the week.

Speaking to the media on Friday, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of the wellbeing of the summer arrival in Spain’s capital was put to Carlo Ancelotti.

This comes as Real Madrid prepare for a La Liga trip to Real Betis on Saturday.

And Ancelotti went on to explain:

“Kylian Mbappé? His tooth has disappeared and is not coming back. Apart from that he’s all good! (laughs). He’s available to play and excited to help as always.”
