Theo Hernandez’s situation has been very confusing in the past 12 months, but things are becoming more clear for the AC Milan defender.

Stay, go, stay, go. It’s a constant cycle of the same idea with Theo, and it seems that an ending may be in sight. Discussions will definitely take place at the end of the season, but with the Frenchman truly unable to re-establish his place among the best, a departure seems probable.

This has probably been the case for a few months now, but there have been occasional suggestions that things may change with continued good performances. However, a report this morning has stated that the club are looking to sell him to raise funds.

It would not be a surprise if this was the case, considering he is not worth the value that he is seeking with his renewal.

This afternoon though, Marca (via Milan Posts on X) have reported that the Frenchman has offered himself to Real Madrid, despite suggesting he was only about the Rossoneri only a few weeks ago.

Whether a move will happen remains to be seen with the Spanish giants reportedly having other targets in mind. It could certainly blow up in the defender’s face.
