PSG planning to sell Marquinhos in the summer transfer window amid Saudi interest | OneFootball

According to Sacha Tavolieri, Paris Saint-Germain are planning to sell Marquinhos (30) in the summer transfer window. Luis Enrique appreciates the loyalty and dedication displayed by the Brazilian international, but believes that selling his club captain may be the best option when the transfer window reopens.

Marquinhos’ contract at the Parc des Princes is set to expire in 2028. As a result, the Ligue 1 champions will be hoping to receive a sizeable transfer fee in order to sell the former Roma centre back. Tavolieri understands that PSG could demand a fee in the region of €40m to sell the defender.

A move to Saudi Arabia?

Marquinhos is happy in the French capital and has grown a strong bond with Les Parisiens over his 12 years at the club. However, a move to Saudi Arabia could be enough to convince him to leave the Champions League semi-finalists. Al-Ittihad showed interest in signing the 30-year-old last summer.
