This comes after Hansi Flick was spotted in a warm embrace with Alphonso Davies.

Defender Davies has of course seen his name heavily linked with that of Barcelona of late.

This comes amid the widespread understanding that the transfer team at the Camp Nou are keeping a close eye on the situation of the Canadian, with a view to a potential free agent swoop for his signature next summer.

Davies, for his part, featured from the off last night, as Bayern were put to the sword by Barcelona in unceremonious fashion in the Champions League.
