Manchester United have confirmed the 32 players who will be on the plane for the upcoming post-season friendly matches in Asia.

In an effort to boost revenue, United are scheduled to visit Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong immediately after their final Premier League match of the season—a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa.

It marks the first post-season trip in United’s modern era.

The Red Devils will take on ASEAN All-Stars on Wednesday at The Bukit Jalil National Stadium before then facing Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Stadium just two days later.

Ruben Amorim recently acknowledged that the trip would inevitably take a mental and physical toll on the players after a long and demanding season, but emphasised that the squad has a duty to engage with their international fanbase.

Now, United have confirmed the travelling squad, and it’s a mixture of youth and experience.

Dutch duo Matthijs de Ligt and Joshua Zirkzee are both in the squad.

De Ligt has missed the past few weeks of action with an injury. Meanwhile, Zirkzee played a part in the Europa League final defeat to Tottenham Hotspur but picked up a problem that ruled him out of the win against Villa.

Diogo Dalot is also part of the squad. Dalot came on as a substitute against Villa, only to be taken off at half-time. Noussair Mazraoui seemingly picked up a hamstring injury in the meeting with Unai Emery’s men and so does not make the trip. Leny Yoro will also not be available to Amorim for selection as he has been dealing with a physical issue.

Needless to say, Lisandro Martinez is not in the squad as he continues his recovery from an ACL injury.

Andre Onana, Luke Shaw and Alejandro Garnacho are all part of the travelling contingent.

After the final whistle vs. Villa, United confirmed that Victor Lindelof, Christian Eriksen and Jonny Evans will all leave upon the expiry of their contracts. Lindelof and Eriksen will not travel with their teammates due to “personal reasons”. Evans will be on the plane.

Here’s the full United travelling squad:

Goalkeepers: Andre Onana, Altay Bayindir, Tom Heaton.

Defenders: Harry Amass, Dan Armer, Diogo Dalot, Matthijs de Ligt, Patrick Chinazaekpere Dorgu, Jonny Evans, Tyler Fredricson, Ayden Heaven, Jaydan Kamason, Godwill Kukonki, Harry Maguire, Reece Munro, Luke Shaw.

Midfielders: Casemiro, Toby Collyer, Bruno Fernandes, Tyler Fletcher, Sekou Kone, Kobbie Mainoo, Jack Moorhouse, Mason Mount, Jim Thwaites, Manuel Ugarte.

Forwards: Alejandro Garnacho, Amad, Rasmus Hojlund, Shea Lacey, Chido Obi, Joshua Zirkzee.
