Parma are keen to sign former Inter Milan midfielder Giovanni Fabbian on loan from Bologna before the end of the January transfer window.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInter1908.
At the moment, Fabbian remains a Bologna player.
The Italy Under-21 international joined the Rossoblu from Inter in the summer of 2023.
The Nerazzurri sold Fabbian to Bologna on a permanent basis, rather than sending him on loan.
However, Inter do retain a buyback clause as part of the deal. Therefore, this summer they will have the ability to sign the 22-year-old midfielder back.
Last season, Giovanni Fabbian had a successful first season of top flight football with Bologna.
The former Inter midfielder got regular starts for the Emilian side under Thiago Motta.

However, in the summer Motta left to join Juventus. Therefore, Vincenzo Italiano took over as his replacement.
Since the arrival of Italiano, Fabbian is not as much in favour in the Bologna starting eleven.
Therefore, it looks possible that the 22-year-old could leave the Rossoblu on loan before the end of January transfer window.
Naturally, the priority for Giovanni Fabbian would be to join a club where he would start regularly.
And according to Sky, Parma are keen on signing the Italian as a midfield reinforcement for the second half of the season.
