Manchester United are looking to sign one of Juventus’ best players during the summer transfer window, according to Italian outlet Tuttosport.

The Red Devils are expected to bolster their attack at the end of the season, with several forward players poised to leave.

Jadon Sancho is set to join Chelsea permanently after his year-long loan. Aston Villa could also trigger the option to purchase Marcus Rashford after his temporary move.

Antony, presently on loan with Real Betis in the Spanish top-flight, may be offloaded. The Red Devils could capitalise on his form to secure a decent fee.

United could sign a marquee striker and are reportedly interested in signing Dusan Vlahovic from Juventus.

However, the Serbian star is not convinced about a move to Old Trafford. Vlahovic wants to play Champions League football and intends to compete at the top level.

Champions League could be key to big spending spree

The Red Devils progressed to the last eight of the Europa League after beating Real Sociedad yesterday.

United are scheduled to face Lyon in the quarter-final stage. If they beat Les Gones, they could face either Athletic Bilbao or Rangers in the semi-final.

A final against Tottenham Hotspur, Eintracht Frankfurt or Lazio could be on the cards.

If United qualify for the Champions League, it could trigger a massive spending spree this summer.

Vlahovic, described as ‘extraordinary‘ by Italian star Federico Bernardeschi, could be tempted to join if United secure Champions League status.
