In a few hours, FC Barcelona will lock horns with CD Leganes away at Estadio Municipal de Butarque, hoping to extend their lead at the top of the La Liga table.
Despite having dropped points against Real Betis last weekend after being held to a 1-1 draw at home, Barça hold a four-point advantage over reigning champions Real Madrid and can stretch that to seven with a victory tonight.
Momentum and confidence are on their side following a resounding 4-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund in midweek in the UEFA Champions League.
Entering into the final phase of the season, it becomes very important for Barcelona manager Hansi Flick to have all his players available as matches are coming thick and fast across all competitions.

As such, two key players – Jules Kounde and Gavi – will need to keep their discipline tonight against Leganes as a booking would earn them a suspension.
Indeed, both Kounde and Gavi are on four yellow cards in La Liga this season and another caution would take the tally to five, leading to a one-match ban for accumulation of cards.
It would lead to the pair missing next week’s league game against Celta Vigo.
It would be a concern for Flick, given that Kounde has been an ever-present figure in the team this season, with the manager being extremely reluctant to rest or rotate the Frenchman as the starting right-back.
As for Gavi, having returned after a lengthy injury spell, the youngster has been in and out of the starting XI but is gaining prominence within the side again.
Furthermore, with Dani Olmo recovering from an injury and Marc Casado out injured, losing another midfielder can become an issue for the Blaugrana.
