Fantasy Bundesliga tips: 10 players to consider for Matchday 9 | OneFootball

In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we will not be focusing on the most obvious picks such as Florian Wirtz and Harry Kane.

Instead, we will highlight players with a maximum ownership percentage of 20%, who could offer great value as differentials for Matchday 9.

Benedikt Gimber, Heidenheim (Defender, 6M, 7%)

With an average of 144 points per game this season, Gimber remains one of the best value picks as Heidenheim take on struggling Holstein Kiel.

Tuta, Eintracht Frankfurt (Defender, 10M, 4%)

At home to bottom side Bochum, Eintracht are a team to target this week. Coming off the back of a 264-point haul and having averaged 168 points per game, Tuta should be your first priority if you want an Eintracht defender.

Mitchell Weiser, Werder Bremen (Defender, 13M, 17%)

Fantasy-wise at least, Weiser didn't fare as well as he usually does in Werder's difficult game against Leverkusen last time out. This time around, Werder have a much more manageable fixture against inconsistent Gladbach, and with an average of 217 points per game, Weiser has certainly shown why he's one of the most attractive defenders in the game. And you will definitely want to own him when Werder travel to Holstein Kiel next week in any case.

Tom Bischof, Hoffenheim (Midfielder, 5M, 9%)

Bischof was mentioned in last week's version of this article, and he didn't disappoint, scoring 190 points. Priced at just 5 million, the central midfielder could be in for another productive matchday as Hoffenheim prepare for a tasty home clash with St. Pauli.

Alexis Claude-Maurice, Augsburg (Midfielder, 6M, 1%)

Claude-Maurice scored an impressive brace against Borussia Dortmund in his first start for Augsburg last week, and followed it up with a goal in his team's 3-0 win over Schalke 04. Costing just 6 million, he will be looking to build on that form against Wolfsburg.

Joshua Kimmich, Bayern (Midfielder, 15M, 8%)

Kimmich has scored over 200 points in six consecutive games and is a great alternative or supplement to his more expensive Bayern teammates Olise and Musiala.

Leo Scienza, Heidenheim (Striker, 6M, 1%)

It's a shame that Scienza is listed as a striker rather than a midfielder, but nevertheless he has shown that he can provide excellent value for money. His last two returns are 208 and 170 points and he had an impressive game against Hoffenheim last week, where he was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet. With Heidenheim facing a leaky Holstein Kiel side, he could prove to be a great differential at 6 million.

Marvin Ducksch, Werder Bremen (Striker, 10M, 2%)

Ducksch has been as influential as ever for Werder, with three goals and two assists in his last three games in all competitions. With games against Gladbach and Holstein Kiel coming up, now could be the time to bring him in.

Andrej Kramaric, Hoffenheim (Striker, 10M, 17%)

Disappointingly, Hoffenheim's attacking talisman only managed 118 points last week, but with a game against St. Pauli coming up, he remains an excellent option at the price up front.

Hugo Ekitike, Eintracht Frankfurt (Striker, 12M, 6%)

Ekitiké hasn't received as much attention as his strike partner Omar Marmoush, but he's still done very well this season, with six goals and four assists in 12 appearances in all competitions. Costing a million more than Marmoush, he's an option if you want more of a differential from Eintracht up front.
