Kortrijk loan former Arsenal youngster to Scottish side St Mirren | OneFootball

Kortrijk have announced that Ryan Alebiousu is joining St Mirren on loan until the end of the season. The 23-year-old wide man leaves relegation threatened Kortrijk having played 13 games this season, providing two assists. There had been hopes that he would establish himself as a first choice in the side this year, but after a promising start to the season he lost his starting spot.

Alebiousu, who came through the Arsenal academy, is set for a second spell in Scotland. During the 2022/2023 season he spent time with Kilmarnock, playing 29 games in total. He joined Kortrijk in the summer transfer window of 2023. In two seasons he has made 25 appearances for the side, providing three assists but not scoring a goal. In fact, the 23-year-old Englishman is yet to score a senior goal. Hopefully he will be able to grab the first of his career during his time in the Scottish top flight with St Mirren.
