Premier League champions Manchester City are willing to sell Jack Grealish at the end of the summer for an acceptable price, according to new reports.

The 29-year-old has largely struggled for minutes and fitness so far this season and is yet to kick on from an outstanding run of form that made the England international so integral to Pep Guardiola during the Treble-winning campaign in particular.

However, in his fourth season since a British record £100 million transfer from Aston Villa, Grealish is yet to entirely justify the mammoth financial investment made to secure his services as he remains one of the highest earners at the Etihad Stadium.

Grealish made headlines recently after being pictured leaving a pub in Newcastle on a sanctioned period of time off for the Manchester City squad, with Pep Guardiola telling reporters he will only judge the forward in training and on matchday.

After making a positive start against Real Madrid in the opening leg of Manchester City’s UEFA Champions League last-16 play-off tie back in February, Grealish suffered his latest injury setback and was hauled off in the first-half.

The winger has since returned and picked up minutes in the FA Cup, but Jack Grealish was included in the matchday squad and played no part despite Manchester City desperate for attacking inspiration against Nottingham Forest last weekend.

Now, according to a new report by Football Insider’s Pete O’Rourke, Manchester City will accept a reduced fee for Jack Grealish in order to part ways at the end of the season and during the summer transfer market.

Savinho, Omar Marmoush and Jeremy Doku appear to be trusted significantly more by Pep Guardiola, who somewhat has reason to be frustrated with Jack Grealish and his inability to remain fit in the last 15 months.

It could well be argued that a parting of ways in the summer would suit all parties, with fifth-placed Manchester City expected to make major changes to their squad to challenge on the domestic and European fronts next season.
