Premier League side Manchester United are now ‘very close’ to sealing a move for Lecce’s Patrick Dorgu.

Talks have been ongoing for days now and while no agreement has been reached, Corriere dello Sport have reported that things are inching every closer.

The outlet claim that United have practically reached the €40 million price tag put forward by Lecce and the Red Devils now want to close the deal by tomorrow. Final details of the move are being sorted out and for now, United have put forward €38 million including bonuses.

Further talks could take place and the deal could then close quickly and the last few hours are expected to be vital in the situation. Two meetings have taken place between Lecce and Manchester United and there has also been interest from Napoli and Juventus, but it seems as if the Denmark international’s future is all but sealed.
