Stanislav Lobotka, Alessandro Buongiorno and Juan Jesus are not expected to be fit for Napoli’s trip to Parma, so Billy Gilmour will start.

It kicks off at the Stadio Tardini on Sunday at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT, 20.45 CET).

Their lead at the top of the Serie A table was sliced to just one point following the 2-2 home draw with Genoa, as Inter are now snapping at Antonio Conte’s heels.

The Partenopei had rushed Lobotka back from an ankle injury to start that match, but he lasted only 13 minutes before limping off, having made the problem considerably worse.

With that in mind, Sky Sport Italia report that the Slovakia international will not even make the trip to Parma this weekend.

His natural replacement in the side is former Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Gilmour.

Meanwhile, La Repubblica newspaper claim President Aurelio De Laurentiis was furious after the Lobotka injury, asking whether Conte or the medical staff had made the mistake of risking him when clearly not fully fit.

Defenders Buongiorno and Juan Jesus are also still not fully fit, so Matias Olivera is likely to again be used as a makeshift centre-back, leaving out Rafa Marin.

Conte is expected to start Giacomo Raspadori and Romelu Lukaku upfront, so David Neres can come off the bench.
