Former Barcelona forward Sergio Aguero has voiced strong criticism of Real Madrid following their absence from the Ballon d’Or ceremony.

Aguero pointed out that Real Madrid’s decision not to attend shows a sense of entitlement, as the club reportedly chose to boycott the event due to Vinicius Jr. not being awarded the Ballon d’Or.

“Well deserved. Rodri is the best player in the World. Football is for everyone, not only Real Madrid. They feel so entitled,” he said on his stream.

The decision to skip the ceremony stirred controversy, especially as Real Madrid had several potential candidates, including Vinicius Jr., Jude Bellingham, Dani Carvajal, and Toni Kroos.
