Thiago Motta has confirmed that Andrea Cambiaso will be part of the matchday group for the Derby d’Italia against reigning Serie A champions Inter on Sunday evening, but the Bianconeri are still without a handful of long-term absentees.
The Bianconeri will have Italy international Cambiaso back and available for the first time since the 2-1 loss against Antonio Conte’s Napoli at the end of January.

January signing Lloyd Kelly, who has been battling with illness over the last week, is also set to be available for selection for the Inter game on Sunday, Motta has confirmed.
“The team is doing well, and winning is always good. I’ve seen the guys in good shape. Tomorrow there will be no Kalulu, Bremer, Milik, Cabal, but we will have Cambiaso back. Kelly is fine”, the Juventus coach said during his pre-match press conference on Saturday.
Motta did not comment on the status of Douglas Luiz, who will also be ruled out of the Inter clash with a muscular injury according to reports on Friday. Bremer, Cabal and Milik remain out with long-term issues.
Though some consider Juve to be the underdogs heading into Sunday’s crunch match, Thiago Motta went on to stress the importance of picking up victories despite the ‘pressure’.
“The most important thing is the next game. This is a very important match where we will all feel the pressure. We have to focus 200%.”
