The young Magpies host their Toffees counterparts at Whitley Park, bidding for a third successive league win on home soil, and head into the game in high spirits after sealing their spot in the National League Cup quarter-finals as Group C winners following Tuesday's 4-2 victory away at Gateshead.
Harrison, who joined the Magpies from Manchester City in February 2024, is hopeful Newcastle's second-string can recover from last week's 4-2 defeat away at ten-man Southampton and, currently situated in seventh place, can climb the 26-team division further.
The Keighley-born youngster told newcastleunited.com: "We're all buzzing off the back of a good win against Gateshead and, now we're back in the league, we need to put things right after the defeat against Southampton.
"It's never nice to lose, especially when they had ten men, but our focus is now on the Everton game and trying to show what we're about. We want to go into every game with the aim to win and make sure we finish in the best position as we can towards the end of the season.
"To get into that top 16 and have even more games to play at the end of the season would be a good achievement. Once you get in that, you want to go on and win it, which would be a good thing to have on your CV."
Harrison, who made his first senior start for Newcastle during August's Sela Cup win against Stade Brestois at St. James' Park in August, opened the scoring in the young Magpies' National League Cup win against Gateshead and also recorded an assist against Southampton.
The highly-rated 19-year-old was pleased with his impressive display against the Heed and was "buzzing to be contributing" for United's under-21 side in recent matches.
The attacking midfielder added: "It was against top opposition and it's a good competition to play in against men's teams with experienced players so winning the game and getting a lot of chances was a big thing for us.
"It's always nice to get a goal or assist but the main thing is keeping the performances going individually and then the goals and assists should come with it.
"I think the gaffer (Diarmuid O'Carroll) puts a lot of trust into us and works hard, day in day out, to make sure we're doing the right things and turning up on game day to win the matches."
Admission for Newcastle United's Premier League 2 visit of Everton on Monday, 27th January is free for season ticket holders, otherwise it's £3 for adults and £1 concessions.
The league clash will also be streamed live and exclusive on the Official Newcastle United App.
