Real Madrid's gripes with officialdom show no signs of letting up anytime soon.
The defending LaLiga champions lodged a complaint against Spanish football's refereeing body in the wake of their shock defeat to Espanyol last weekend.
But it seems those complaints are falling on deaf ears after Leganés were awarded a late first-half penalty in their Copa del Rey tie with Los Blancos on Wednesday.
Carlo Ancelotti's side have now been penalised on six spot kicks this season, although none in LaLiga, with only three teams enduring greater misfortune.
Curiously, Spanish FA president Rafael Louzán attended the cup clash at Butarque but his Bernabéu counterpart Florentino Pérez opted to stay home for the tie.
