Celtic scintillating in front of goal

Jim Goodwin’s men did start well and limited the Celts somewhat with opportunities early on, which is always what our Scottish opponents try and achieve whenever they play against us, but it was to no avail as we just proved too hot to handle. Both Adam Idah and German winger Nicolas Kühn nabbed a brace each to ensure we stormed to this year’s title with emphatic style.

Boring and tedious

Earlier this week, both Brendan Rodgers and our club captain, Callum McGregor, had spoken at length about the difficulty in performing so consistently and dominating the domestic scene, after some suggested that the Hoops winning has become boring and tedious.

The imperious standards that the club have set

Well, at least others have taken notice of the imperious standards that the club have set over the years in Scottish football, and in this particular pundits case, he’s never shy about having Celtic’s corner. “Congratulations to the players, staff and supporters of Celtic Football Club on a 4th consecutive Scottish League title. A 13th League Championship in 14 seasons, a Scottish record 55th League title, and a British and European record 120th major trophy.”

Thank you, Stan.
